About Me

Hey Everyone, I am John and I have always suffered from computer eye strain.

Like everybody else, I am always in front of a digital screen. In the morning when I wake up, I always check my cell phone. After that, I open my laptop to play games or even finish my assignments. In the evening before I go to sleep, I still stay for like 1-2 hours scrolling my social media accounts.

I didn’t notice any problem until I started to go to work. I am currently working on Large Stone Company as a AutoCAD Drafter. Basically, I spend 8 hours a day in front of the computer.

By the way, this is me and my work mates eating lunch on a full Monday work load. LOL

In my first weeks of work, I slowly notice that my eyes always turns red. There is like red veins clearly showing in the white of my eyes. After that, I start to feel soreness on my eye balls. Even if I blink many times or wash it with cold water it is still irritating. Sometimes I also have a blurred vision.

That’s when I decided to find a way to prevent it from becoming worse.

Prevention is always better than cure.

That’s why I have made this website. I want to share to you what I have discovered about the symptoms, causes, prevention and even cure for our eye problems.

I know that I am not a doctor, but these tips are just guide that will help you go through your daily computer routine without getting eye strain.

It worked for me so I think that it will be better if I share it to you.

You will also be expecting in depth reviews about different preventive glasses that I have tried in the past year.
